What’s The Plan On The Day?
This is a full day of coaching, fitness sessions (including cardio and strength training), and seminars on 11 February 2024. Packed with information and motivation.
After arrival at 8.45am, the timings will be:
9.15am – Session 1
10.15am – Break
10.30am – Seminar 1
11.30am – Session 2
12.30pm – Lunch
1.30pm – Seminar 2
2.30pm – Break
2.45pm – Session 3
4.15pm – Session 4
5.15pm – Close
