Everyone doesn’t fit into the same ‘box’. We get that.
It’s the reason why we have a handful of choices when it comes to personal training. If you want a couple of sessions a week with up to 5 other people and to learn about nutrition, life choices and don’t have the motivation to push yourself in the gym then semi-private is for you.
If you want a 1-on-1 connection with a fitness professional then bespoke personal training is the way to go; we can plan your sessions around your work time and home life, having sessions starting as early as 7am and as late as 8pm.
We also have an elite level service for business owners and CEOs. Those who want a top-of-the-line fitness advisor who is so much more than a personal trainer: they’re an elite health and fitness coach who can help tailor a health and wellness plan for your individual goals.
Some local personal trainers will start you on their general fitness programme by having you carry out a ‘fitness test’ at the start. This type of measure isn’t very helpful to what they should be
At Masters Fitness we have a policy to assess all new clients no matter what you’ve done before. This provides us with a clear understanding over the movement patterns of your body and how mobile you are. Then, we prescribe the best course of action based on your goals, what your body needs and your time availability.
If you have any aches, pains or injuries then we have an advanced CHEK assessment that will enable us to go a little deeper into where you currently are and what you need to move you into a space where you’re happy and confident with your body once again (and free from pain).
You’re not just another number
Lots of local gyms and personal trainers will provide you with a general fitness programme that they’ve given out to other multiple other people. But that doesn’t really help you with your individual goals.
Sometimes you’re treated as a number or your fitness coach doesn’t know what really motivates you. Well, we take the time to learn how to provide you with the best knowledge, advice and tools you need to help get you to where you want to be: a body shape that you are proud of.
No matter what level of personal training service you choose we’ll motivate and encourage you to push yourself further. While also ensuring you do this in an effective and safe manner: lots of people push themselves at the wrong times during training sessions and that’s a key reason why they become injured.
