What’s involved?
Two weekly group personal training sessions having a maximum of six people. Every month the theme changes, but the core concentration is on fat loss and strength.
The 45-minute workout session is followed by a 10 to 15-minute lifestyle coaching session, so you’ll receive up-to-date guidance on how to get the most out of your nutrition, lifestyle habits and tips on how to get the body shape you want in life.
