COVID-19 LOCKDOWN 2.0

(UPDATED 26 NOVEMBER)

On Wednesday 2 December Lancashire will move into Tier 3.

This means the gym will be open (booking required) and 1-to-1 personal training sessions can take place. However, fitness classes need to remain outdoors and online.

But….

It’s not all bad news!

Here is what we currently have in place:

  • Outdoor 1-2-1 personal training sessions (limited availability)
  • Online personal training sessions
  • Online fitness classes

Online Fitness Classes

Online fitness classes include:

  • Circuit Training
  • Box n’ Burn
  • Yoga
  • Legs, Bums & Tums
  • HIIT

We have different classes on every day of the week.

Online classes are delivered over the Internet through video link (any device).

Online/Outdoor Personal Training

It makes sense to keep on top of your fitness levels during these strange and unpredictable times. Either by working out at home via video link or training outside at Brockhall.

During these fitness sessions, your very own fitness professional will help motivate & push you to achieve your goals. This results in:

  • Looking great
  • Eating great
  • Sleeping great
  • Feeling great

These 1-2-1 personal training sessions take place either outside at our studio gym or over the Internet using video.

If you are a gym member and you would like to still freeze your membership (and not take part in the online or outdoor classes) then please let us know and we’ll be happy to take care of it for you.
