Personal training exercise sessions with a fitness coach are individual (although we do have some group personal training sessions too if that’s what you want). We’ll make an individual fitness programme for you that covers the next 4-6 weeks and then adapt and change it along the way to suit you.
You may find that you like certain exercises and not others. What that means is that while we won’t change the actual muscles being trained (like legs, for example), we might try different types of squats exercises to find the one that you like the most.
This individual programme also takes into account you as an individual. Are you in pain from doing certain exercises or are you hyper mobile? Once you’ve had your initial assessment we’ll be able to discover the answers, but that’s why it’s important to have an individual plan to ensure you’re going to be working towards your own fitness and not having a carbon copy of someone else’s.

Eating and drinking are a huge part of being healthy.
